Two bedroom flat, bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking green courtyard. Sleeps 4. Excellent connection to local transport for city west, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. Close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal inexspensive choice to explore. Wedding is part of the central district (Mitte) but it is a generally quiter area than Kreuzberg or Neukölln. Recently the micro neighbourhood is showing some good nightlife opportunities.

The space

Two bedroom flat, bathroom, kitchen and balcony overlooking green courtyard. Sleeps 4. Excellent connection to local transport for city west, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. Close to local bars, clubs and restaurants. Ideal inexspensive choice to explore. Towels, sheets and blankets provided.

The flat has been fully refurbished in April 2014. Both bedrooms have been redecorated, parquet flooring has been put out through the entire apartment, a brand new kitchen has been installed and the balcony now has some comfortable wooden furniture to chill in the sun.

The flat comprises of a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms with 160x200cm double beds. One bedroom has a balcony that gets sun almost all day long. There is also a decent size storage compartment in the basement allocated to the flat if you need more space. The flat is on a slightly elevated ground level.

I am available 24/7 for my guests. I have lived in Berlin almost all my life so I can point you to all the hidden gems or put you in contact with the right people for almost all your needs. If anything is the matter I shouldn't be more than twenty minutes away at any given time.

Sprengelkiez is the area that everyone talks about at the moment. It has some great little pubs with live music acts who sometimes just happen to live above the bar itself. Nevertheless going out here is unpretentious and good value for money and it is not as busy as in Kreuzberg. A supermarket and cleaners are within a 1 min walk from the flat.

The flat is very well situated for public transport to city west, Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg as it is in walking distance to Amrumer Str and Wedding stations for the U and S Bahn networks.

20 EUR surcharge for people arriving one or more hours after communicated arrival time or after 8pm.
NOTE: From May 2016 onwards Airbnb will be banned in Berlin. This flat has been approved by the council so when renting with me you don't run the danger to get into trouble with the authorities.

Sprengelkiez is an area that gets a lot of attention lately. It has some great little pubs with live music acts who sometimes just happen to live above the bar itself. Nevertheless going out here is unpretentious and good value for money. While there is lots to explore it is not as crowded as Kreuzberg or Prenzlauer Berg yet, so you will be able to get a good nights sleep if you need it.
